Who we are

Smashhouse runs three burger restaurants in New York. In this policy “we” means Smashhouse and “you” means anyone who visits our site, orders from us or contacts us.

What we collect

• Orders: your name, phone number, delivery address and what you ordered.

• Messages: what you write to us through the contact form and the email address you give us.

• Newsletter: your email address, if you sign up.

• Site use: anonymous visit statistics that do not identify you.

How we use it

We use your details to make and deliver your order, answer your message and, if you asked for it, send the newsletter. We never sell your data.

How long we keep it

Order details for 24 months for our accounts; messages for 12 months; newsletter details until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time. Write to hello@smashhouse.co and we answer within 30 days.
