Orders

An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation message. Prices on the site include tax unless marked otherwise.

Pick-up and delivery

Pick-up orders are held for 30 minutes after the time you chose. Delivery times are estimates; we tell you if we are running late.

Changes and refunds

If something is wrong with your order, tell us within 24 hours and we replace it or refund it.

Events and catering

Event bookings are confirmed with a deposit. The deposit is refundable up to 14 days before the event.
